Moseley Secondary School

19th Nov 2013

Laura Rainbow at Moseley School asked us to come in and run a morning workshop with 12 students of varying abilities. A date was arranged and we arrived bright and breezy and started the session with a brief history of modern day graffiti, and  with a few pictures and grizzly tales of how illegal tagging can get you in all kinds of trouble! iI also made a point of how positive the art form is and where it's going, which led us on to do some practical work and create 2 large pieces to display in Reception and the Art department. Everyone got stuck in and got a load out of it. Along with a graffiti canvas designed and decorated by themselves, the 2 murals on adhesive canvas were finished to a high standard and are on show, in pride of place at the school for all to see. And all done before 12.30! Phew, what a morning!!
